Who am I?
My name is Marc Fadel, a Lebanese-American teenager. I am a High School Graduate now attending UTArlington who is obsessed with barbecue, the way it is cooked, the way it looks, the taste, everything. My goal is to incorporate Lebanese flavors with iconic Texas barbecue, to create a new way to enjoy barbecue: Habibi Barbecue.
